Starlink installed across DFW

Starlink installation in Dallas–Fort Worth — mounted right in hail country.

The DFW metroplex is growing faster than its wired infrastructure. Celina, Anna, Princeton, Royse City, Weatherford, Springtown — the fastest-growing towns in North Texas are exactly where fiber hasn't caught up, and Starlink fills the gap. OrbitPros matches you with a vetted, insured local installer who mounts your dish, runs the cable, sets up your network, and verifies real speeds before leaving.

Why DFW installs take local judgment

This is the highest hail-risk metro in the country

North Texas sits in Hail Alley, and a large share of DFW roofs are recently replaced composition shingle. That changes how a responsible install is done: your installer uses sealed, flashed lag mounts appropriate to shingle roofs — or a non-penetrating mount if you'd rather not touch a roof that was just replaced. Every penetration is photographed and documented, so you have a record of exactly what was done and where.

Exurban growth outruns wired internet

If you built or bought on the northern and western fringes — Collin, Denton, Parker, Wise, Hunt, Kaufman counties — you may be choosing between overloaded fixed wireless and nothing. A properly mounted Starlink dish with whole-home Wi-Fi is often the most reliable option available, and the install survey specs mesh gear for larger new builds where a single router won't reach the back bedrooms.

How it works

  1. Check coverage. Enter your ZIP above to confirm installer availability.
  2. Tell us about your home. Roof type, sky view, Wi-Fi needs — about two minutes.
  3. Book a window. Most homes are online in 48–72 hours in covered areas, with a 2-hour arrival window.
  4. Your installer does the rest. Mount, cable run, network configuration, speed test, and photo documentation delivered at completion.

You bring the Starlink kit you ordered from Starlink; your installer brings everything else.

Vetted installers, verified protection

Every installer is covered — their own $1M+ commercial general liability, COI-verified, or per-job coverage arranged by OrbitPros. Installers are licensed where the state requires it, background-checked everywhere. Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee — re-done or refunded per our Refund Policy. Dallas–Fort Worth Starlink installation FAQs

My roof was just replaced after hail. Will mounting a dish cause problems?

Your installer uses flashed, sealed mounting hardware appropriate to shingle roofs, and photographs the work so you have documentation. If you'd rather avoid roof penetrations entirely, non-penetrating options — gable, fascia, wall, or ground pole mounts — are available and specced at the survey.

Does the workmanship guarantee cover storm damage to my mount later?

The 12-month workmanship guarantee covers the quality of the installation itself — re-done or refunded per our Refund Policy. Damage caused later by weather or to the Starlink hardware falls outside the workmanship guarantee, but you can always book a new visit to remount or service the dish.

I'm in Celina, Anna, or Weatherford — do you cover the exurbs?

Yes — the northern and western fringes of the metroplex are where demand is strongest. OrbitPros serves the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area; the fastest way to confirm your address is to run the ZIP check above.

Can installers handle steep or two-story roofs?

Yes. The survey captures roof pitch and height so your installer arrives with the right equipment. Where a roof isn't practical, a pole or gable mount often works as well or better.

How fast can I be online?

Most DFW homes are online in 48–72 hours in covered areas. You pick a 2-hour arrival window after the survey.

Will one router cover my new build?

Often not — large single-story and two-story new builds usually need mesh. The survey asks where Wi-Fi has to reach, and your installer configures the whole network, not just the dish.
